Indianapolis IN. Evelyn Magley CEO of The Basketball League, announced a new market was awarded to Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati

The ownership group purchasing the team is headed by Dustin Driskell. The team will be called the Kentucky Enforcers and are finalizing their venue for ‘22 soon.

Cincinnati Ohio is the most significant city in the team’s market area. It is in Southwestern most part of Ohio and is on the same highway 75 as Toledo and Dayton (current TBL teams). The team will compete in the midwest conference in TBL.

The Enforcers have played in several leagues over the years and have always had a significant winning record.

“After sitting out last season due to the global pandemic we watched for all options and decided as an organization that we needed to strive to get into the highest level of competition available. In our opinion is outside of the NBA & GLeague the next best is TBL. We also have always been committed to positively impacting our community and that is core to TBL’s philosophy”. – Dustin Driskell TMO Enforcers

The team is planning a media conference in the weeks to come to announce venue, team tryouts, dance team tryouts, season ticket opportunities and sponsorship packages.

“The Enforcers are known as a strong team that is competitive. The fact that Dustin cares about his community as he does makes them a great fit for TBL and we are thrilled to have them in TBL family.” Evelyn Magley – CEO TBL

TBL is entering season #5 when play begins in March. Teams play a 24 game schedule with a national champion being crowned in late June.
